cabot is to close its carbon black masterbatch plant in Hong Kong on 31 march and shift production to its new facility in Tianjin, china. The Tianjin plant, which
opened in September 2011, has a current capacity of 45,000 tonnes. it will become cabot’s only masterbatch production facility in china.
