KARNDEAN PRODUCTS
UK manufacturer of luxury vinyl flooring, Karndean Designflooring, is expanding its successful collection and unveiling a brand new Point of Sale unit as part of its LooseLay Series Three launch.
Available from March 2015, the six new sophisticated wood designs tap into the trend for popular oak tones, fashionable rustics and deep greys.
With a 15 year residential guarantee, the complete Karndean LooseLay collection will now feature 19 wood designs and eight stone tiles.
Inspired by nature, the collection features a wide range of tones from the light, blonde hues of Cambridge LLP113 to the striking, warm ginger tones of Burlington LLP10.
Popular for its unique designs and easy-fit approach, Karndean LooseLay is an innovative format of luxury vinyl flooring boasting enhanced acoustic properties and excellent environmental credentials.
Karndean LooseLay’s friction grip backing and increased dimensional stability secures the floor firmly in place. It can be installed over most hard floors as long as they’re dry, smooth, sound and dust-free.
The collection’s large scale (41.3” x 9.85”) planks and (19.7” x 24”) tiles combined with the fact that it’s quick and easy to fit, means reduced downtime, mess and installation costs.
“Homeowners are seeing the benefits of Karndean LooseLay in place of traditional carpet and laminate, and it’s continuing to grow from strength to strength in the marketplace,” commented Paul Barratt, managing director of Karndean Designflooring.
“Our newest
wood designs are a welcome addition
and reflect the trends we’re seeing within interior design.”
He said: “The collection is not only design-led but it’s also compatible with underfloor heating and the individual planks allow easy access at all times. Our newest wood designs are a welcome addition and reflect the trends we’re seeing within interior design.”
The future proof LooseLay POS unit holds all three series, instantly showcasing the colour bank with a mixture of sample boards and product. Interactive in its design, customers can arrange the samples on the viewing platform.
“We have worked with retailers to create a point of sale unit that works for both the customer and the store, reducing the stand’s footprint whilst increasing the visibility and prominence of the designs,” commented Paul Barratt.
He said: “We would urge anyone considering introducing LooseLay to their store to contact their local Retail Business Manager.”
