Earlsmann is a UK-based manufacturer of innovative commercial LED lighting and other illuminated products. Our business comprises three service streams: • Earlsmann Lighting Limited – serving the commercial lighting market with LED lighting solutions • Earlsmann Limited – design and manufacture of illuminated products for architectural and interior design applications • Earlsmann Defence Limited – providing safety lighting products to the defence sector. Our designers have worked with the professional lighting industry to develop a wide range of standard LED lighting for both interior and exterior commercial applications. We also offer bespoke solutions tailored to client requirements. With a service life up to 50,000 hours, LED lighting reduces maintenance and energy costs while producing high-quality light that satisfies safety standards and user requirements. Earlsmann has achieved AS9100 and ISO9000 accreditation, and is currently working towards ISO14001. Our capabilities include: LED lighting and wiring looms; production, short runs, prototyping and ‘specials’; full Solid Works 3D CAD; and Relux lighting simulation.

Free lamp recycling from Recolight
We provide this service completely free because we are funded by our members – the lighting industry. If you collect 1000 lamps every six months we will give you a container and collect and recycle free of charge too. For relamp projects of over 1000 lamps, you can use your own container or pay a deposit for one of ours – again, we will collect and recycle free too. For smaller quantities please visit our website to find out how we can help you.
Recolight are a not for profit compliance scheme, set up by the lighting industry and dedicated to keeping waste lamps out of land fill. In the last three years, we have funded the recycling of over 125 million lamps, preventing more than a third of a tonne of mercury from entering landfill.
