changes will be put in place to allow ESP to approach new customers as well as serving their current customer base. These opportunities include the introduction of new product ranges. As well as paper products, 2016 will see esp shift focus to include a wider range of dispensers. The first of these will be the Origin range of dispensers which will be available in early 2016 and will be fully showcased at the ISSA Interclean Show in Amsterdam. Running from 10th to 13th May, esp will be on stand 11.728 with the entire Origin range on display. Origin from esp is an all- encompassing group of dispensers, which includes economically priced system dispensers within an entry level washroom range. Made from robust ABS plastic, these contemporary dispensers are smart enough for everyday washrooms and strong enough for busy commercial facilities. To compliment the Origin range, there will also be a range of stainless steel dispensers which will also be on show in Amsterdam. This will be closely followed by Evolution, a range of cost in use system dispensers which promise to be innovative and stylish whilst saving the end user a significant amount.

The company also have a brand new website launched earlier this year – www.espenigma. com. The user friendly site contains all product ranges and specifications, as well as featuring a quote request option which is submitted directly to the esp Sales Team and dealt with efficiently. With a vision of first class customer service and continuous improvement, esp took the unique step of introducing an online ordering system for their customers via the new site – something rarely seen from manufacturers in the paper disposables industry. The private online portal allows esp customers to not only place orders but to manage their account through a simple online system.


2015, esp’s commitment to people development was recognised by the Hereford and Worcester Chamber of Commerce, when they were named award winners in this category at the Business Awards 2015. It was an award esp were delighted to win, not only due to the strength of the competition on the night but also as a thank you to their loyal workforce.

Retention is good at ESP and over 20% of the workforce have been with the company for over 10 years. The team of longstanding directors at esp appreciate the value each staff member can and does bring to the company and over the last three years have spent a lot of time, money and resources to ensure all staff have the opportunity to reach their full potential. The esp projects manager, Isla Buchanan, worked closely with a local college to identify any training gaps which would require external training resulting in over 85% of staff being offered and undertaking training courses with a 100% pass rate.
