OPTIMISE ITEC CONTRACT FLOORS

Available in two specifications, the new Optimise collection from Itec Contract Floors delivers outstanding acoustic performance and great value in a range of stylish looks.

Optimise is also the first collection from Itec to feature Sanitec antibacterial treatment that maintains a more hygienic floor surface. Combined with Hyperguard+ PUR reinforcement for standardised maintenance and to resist scuffing and stains, Optimise will perform in a diverse range of environments including healthcare and education.

With a 0.70mm wear layer for Class 42 durability, Optimise 70 delivers 19dB of sound reduction and can eliminate the need for specialist acoustic underlays. Optimise 50 provides the same levels of acoustic performance, but with a more value-orientated 0.50mm wear layer. Both specifications feature the same 34 decors including wood and multi-directional mineral decors and a range of pin dot patterned contemporary colours including bright orange, lime green and red.

With R10 slip-resistance and available in a two-metre width, the Optimise collection is fully compatible with Invisiweld technology that creates a stronger and virtually invisible seam. Creating a more realistic finish on wood and mineral decors and removing unsightly welds from plain styles, Invisiweld is a faster and easier way to install sheet flooring.

PATHMASTER BUDGET COBA FLOORING

The evolving PathMaster range is popular for use in many different commercial environments and the introduction of a ‘budget’ alternative provides further choice for flooring contractors.

At first glance, PathMaster Budget has all the authenticity and style of a custom-made aluminium entrance matting system. Of course, it’s not custom-made and is a fraction of the price making it ideal for the cost-conscious. It is manufactured from 100% Polypropylene needlepunch carpet and features aluminium scraping inserts which combined give this entrance matting its hardwearing credentials and practical functionality.

While the price is of course appealing, other key benefits include the ease with which PathMaster Budget can be stored, transported and installed.

PathMaster Budget is supplied in flexible rolls of up to 10m in length (2m widths) which can be installed in a recessed well or glued to the floor surface. Bevelled edging is available for surface laid installations. For entrance areas wider than 2m, the matting can be simply butted tightly together to cover the desired width. Cutting to shape and size on site isn’t a problem either with the help of a hand grinder.

Available in Charcoal, Grey, Brown and Mixed.
