HUMAN NATURE INTERFACE

Interface’s latest global modular flooring collection, Human Nature, aims to create a sense of nature, providing a strong base for biophilic design in office spaces and other commercial spaces and allowing designers to explore the effect interiors have on human behaviour, frame of mind, creativity and productivity.

The collection uses textures and colours to reflect the natural world and features Interface’s innovative 25cm x 1m skinny plank rectangular tile format, allowing the freedom to create truly unique designs tailored to each space. From tumbled pebbles to freshly cut grass, the contrast in sculpted textures enables design flexibility, offering seamless transitions between hard and soft surfaces.

As well as being inspired by our instinctive love of nature, the collection embodies Interface’s 20-year history as a sustainability pioneer and is made with 100% recycled content nylon yarn. In pursuit of its pledge to eliminate any negative impact it has on the environment by 2020, Interface’s European manufacturing plant in the Netherlands now operates on 100% renewable energy and uses virtually zero water in manufacturing and creates zero waste to landfill. The products can also be recycled via Interface’s ReEntry 2.0 recycling process.
