LEVEL IT SUPER30 ULTRA FLOOR
Level IT Super30 is Ultra Floor’s high strength, rapid curing and drying product that sets to walk on in 30 minutes whilst enabling fl oor coverings to be laid after as little as three hours.
It is a two-part system which incorporates a powder made from a blend of high specifi cation cements, graded fi llers and additives and a pre-gauged protein free liquid polymer. The two components are mixed to provide a rapid setting, curing and free fl owing smoothing compound for smoothing uneven, strong, sound internal fl oors prior to the application of decorative fl oor coverings.
Level IT Super30 can be applied between 2 and 15mm in a single application with an initial set of approximately 15 minutes and a walk on time of 30 minutes. A superior coverage of 5.2m² can be easily achieved. Its rapid set and curing profi le enables decorative fl oor coverings to be bonded in as little as 3 hours after application, making it ideal for use in areas where it is necessary to carry out the installation in a short time frame. The powder and liquid are supplied in a 25kg bag and a 5ltr bottle respectively, eliminating the need to weigh out on site, thus saving time and reducing the risk of error.
LOPRO MAX NU-HEAT
Many more properties can now enjoy the benefi ts of warm water underfl oor heating thanks to LoPro Max, an innovative new UFH system developed by Nu-Heat.
This revolutionary solution features the highest high heat output of any retrofi t UFH system and offers fast response times equivalent to that of a radiator, all with a low height build up of just 22mm.
LoPro Max is part of Nu-Heat’s market leading LoPro range of underfl oor heating systems specifi cally designed for retrofi t projects. Due to the system’s impressive heat performance of 120W/m², it is ideal for older properties with lower levels of insulation or spaces with large areas of glazing where underfl oor heating would not usually be a suitable option.
The system uses a vacuum-formed castellated panel design to securely hold the fl oor heating tube in place before covering in a specialist self-levelling compound, LoPro QuickSet. The compound is highly conductive and provides a robust and perfectly level fl oor surface which can be walked on after just eight hours and is ready for tiling within 72 hours – good news if your project is on a tight schedule. The system is also suitable for all fl oor fi nishes.
