or can be cleaned very effectively through a wet


cleaning process. Dormer is seeing many customers proactively grow the laundry side of their business with very good results.


This is generating more interest in wet cleaning solutions, particularly for delicate items such as wedding dresses or evening wear.


The first meeting at the tradeshow in 2014 proved to be very timely, with Ideal having recently redefined the Periodic Table of Laundry, to include the new Ahoy wet cleaning products. After a series of successful product trials and technical visits to Ireland, Ideal Manufacturing appointed Dormer as their official distributors for their Ahoy and Ashore Range of wet cleaning and dry cleaning products in Ireland in late 2014. Dormer is a major supplier to the laundry & dry cleaning sector across Ireland. They have established an impressive product portfolio, which is now further enhanced with the addition of Ideal's range of professional laundry, dry cleaning and wet cleaning products.


The aim is to firmly establish the Ahoy and Ashore Range of products as a market leader in Ireland for dry cleaning and wet cleaning products. In just a short space of


time Dormer already has many customers who are very happy to be using the Ideal


Manufacturing Products.


Dr Mike added: “We’re delighted to have appointed a distributor in Ireland, and we are looking forward to fully supporting Dormer throughout 2015, to help make Ideal


products and solutions available to laundries and textile care specialists throughout Ireland.


Ian Richards, Director of Dormer, is already impressed with the service and quality that Ideal Manufacturing is providing to customers. He explained: “The feedback I have received from customers who are using the Ahoy and Ashore Range of products is very positive. Customers are delighted with how the products remove stains and leave garments with an excellent finish. He is helping dry cleaners and laundries find better solutions for cleaning garments and this is a great service to be able offer.
