TOP SAFETY ACCREDITATION FOR


REGENT SAMSIC National cleaning, security and related support services contractor Regent Samsic has been awarded accreditation from Safecontractor for its commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety.


Employing 5,000 people, the Coventry-based company provides cleaning, security and related support services to more than 750 clients including NHS Blood & Transplant, Volvo Truck & Bus UK, United Biscuits, Fosse Shopping Park, Birmingham Metropolitan College and builders merchants Jewson’s.


BONASYSTEMS STARTS 2016 WITH A BANG


WITH NEW HIRES Hertfordshire-based Bonasystems has re-organised and expanded its sales team in order to provide a greater regional presence to clients and boost market share in its target markets.


Bonasystems is expecting a major demand for its products and services in 2016 as more companies realise the cost-benefits of its proprietary floor cleaning systems and seek to avoid ever-increasing fines for slips and trip incidents.


The company has appointed a Senior Central Sales Manager to bolster its head office sales team and added two experienced Regional Sales Managers.


The changes support the next phase of growth for Bonasystems, which has quadrupled its turnover since 2011 and won contracts with the likes of ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Network Rail and Hilton Worldwide. They are being spearheaded by John Wright, New Business Development Director, who joined the company recently from OCS Group UK Ltd.

The Safecontractor third party accreditation scheme recognises high standards paid in health and safety management amongst UK contractors.

Under the Safecontractor scheme, businesses like Regent Samsic undergo a vetting process which examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice.

Dan joins Bonasystems from the coffee industry where he was Business Development Manager for a national vending company, growing contacts in the manufacturing and commercial sectors.
