Machine inspections are carried out

by Volvo CE personnel who fully check over each machine and then generate a works order for any repairs that are required. Any mechanical repairs are carried out on-site by Volvo CE engineers before the machine then moves through the process for any cosmetic repairs and valeting.

A specially commissioned paint

oven with the very latest Symac robot drying system takes pride of place in the workshop and has been designed to be large enough to accommodate a 70 tonne excavator. Machines are fully masked before spraying to ensure the best possible paint finish takes place and once a machine has been sprayed, heated panels move over the machine to speed up the drying process. Because of this facility it takes only 3-4 hours per colour to re-spray and so it’s sometimes possible to completely re-spray a machine in one day if required.

Carefully selected machines, meticulously inspected and refurbished for a full life.
