6 News On target for success

GHA aims to deliver excellent services – and we set targets to measure how we’re doing.

The Scottish Housing

Regulator also expects all social landlords, including GHA, to perform well and monitors what we do. Here are our latest performance figures: n Percentage of tenants satisfied with the overall service provided by GHA –

90.43% n Reactive repairs completed right first time – 96.6% (target 96%) n Average time to let homes – 13.15 days (target 14.5 days) n Gross rent arrears – 3.75% (target 3.85%) n Value of sitting tenant arrears - £3.46m. We’ll keep you updated on our performance figures in future editions of the Key.

Direct Debit is now available

OUR new ‘paperless’ Direct Debit system is now up and running. Direct Debit is an easier and quicker way to pay rent. It means you can pay rent on any day of the month that suits you. Gordon Wilkes, a tenant of GHA’s sister organisation

Loretto, from Springburn, said: “I pay by Direct Debit on the first day of the month. “The money comes out of

your bank and you don’t have to think about it – it gets paid. “It’s much more

convenient.” Talk to your housing officer about signing up.
