These two seasonal cocktail recipes are a perfect way to show customers that gin is just as delectable in winter as in summer.


Delivering ingredients that include cinnamon, ginger, plum, calvados and cherry brandy these winter cocktails are welcoming and elegant. They taste complex - enhancing the herbs, nuts, berries and roots which are naturally present in Brockmans - yet they are simple to shake up even when the bar is busy.


Ingredients:


• 40ml Brockmans Gin • 25ml Calvados • 25ml Apricot Liqueur • 15ml Grapefruit Juice • Orange Bitters


Method:


Add all the ingredients & muddle with 2 fresh plums in a shaker and add a dash of orange bitters. Shake over ice, strain into a tumbler filled with a large ice ball. Garnish: with a thin slice of plum.
