Autumn Cocktails Feature BROCKMANS GIN SHOWS ITS FIERY SIDE


For the festive season, Brockmans Gin, the gin like no other, is serving up some deliciously stylish cocktails. Each one of them draws out the blueberry and blackberry notes together with the bitter-sweet Valencian orange peel and other exquisite botanicals that are present in the gin.


Ingredients:


• 50ml Brockmans Gin • 15ml Cinnamon Syrup • Ginger Beer • 10ml Cherry Brandy (a capful)


Method:


Brockmans Fiery Side


Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, add the Brockmans Gin and cinnamon syrup; then top with ginger beer. Drizzle the Cherry Brandy over the top. Garnish: with a stick of cinnamon and a cherry.
