AUTUMN COCKTAILS


Vodka Martinez Ingredients


• 50ml Sweet Vermouth • 15ml Vodka • 4 Drops Maraschino • 1 Lemon Twist


Method


Chill a sherry glass. Pour Vermouth, vodka and Maraschino into a shaker. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a glass. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink and serve.


Strawberry,


Lemonade & MInt Ingredients


• 3 Strawberries • 125ml Cloudy Lemonade • 1 Small Handful of Fresh Mint • 1 Sprig of Fresh Mint • 1 Strawberry to Garnish


Method


Put 3 strawberries into a highball glass. Add a handful of mint. Muddle (bash) together until smooth. Top with lemonade and stir to mix. Top with ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a whole strawberry.


Bee’s Knees Ingredients


• 50ml Gin • 12.5ml Honey Syrup • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice • 1 Lemon Twist


Method


Add all ingredients to a tumbler. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
