The Playa is a traditional family run bar and restaurant near Sheerness. We are situated on The Leas at Minster On Sea with stunning views across the Thames estuary.

La Villetta is an independent Italian restaurant in the heart of Maidstone.


We are offering a seasonal menu, with a large range of fresh fish and meat mostly sourced from Kent and surroundings. Most of our dishes are cooked on order to give you the best experience each time.


So from a traditional pasta dish to fresh whole sea bass, we can cater for every taste and every occasion.

23rd April: St George’s Day. Live Music with Paul Cantara and his Legends Tribute Show between 5­8pm


20th May: Live Music from the fabulous Millie Brown


26th May: Soul and Reggae Night with Male Vocalist Michael


24th June is our Beer Festival! Local legends “Blighty” will be headlining on our outside stage, BBQ and beer tents! One not to be missed! 2pm start.


Mid May, June and July, we will be organising a wine and food pairing night* with Italian live music featuring each time a different region of Italy.
