idyut Jamwal is that rough and tough guy whom people love to see in action-packed movies performing daring stunts. He has a muscular build, sharp abs, and perfect looks to kill. Recently, the first teaser for his upcoming movie Commando 2 released. Though the teaser was a small one of 12-second duration, the breathtaking stunt Vidyut performed was quite a treat for the viewers. And now the viewer’s just cannot wait for the movie to hit the silver screen to see more of such thrilling stunts. Vidyut Jamwal has also acted in the film ‘Commando- A One Man Army,’ which was the first part of his upcoming movie Commando 2. He played the role of Captain Karanvir Dogra, a commando with the Indian Army. The film saw moderate success on box office, but Vidyut received huge applause for his performance. Apart from Commando series, he has also worked in Bollywood films, Force and Bullett Raja. Vidyut won the Filmfare Award for Best Debut Male for his incredible performance in the movie Force. He has also worked in many Tamil films like Billa II, Thuppaki, Anjaan, Shakti, Oosaravelli, etc.
Vidyut Jamwal is passionate about his fitness regime, which is clearly visible in his muscular build and impressive physique. He has a very specific workout routine that includes 4-5 hours of exercise in the morning as well as evening. When it comes to exercise regime, this tough guy of Bollywood includes five days of martial art training and two days of weight training every week. The Commando star only goes to the gym for strength training. He is a committed vegetarian and eats six small meals throughout the day, and takes a protein shake after each workout session.

• He was offered to play the role of Salman Khan’s younger brother in ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ which he couldn’t accept due to his busy schedule.
