Mondays Studio Cycling - a great way to tone up your lower body and burn plenty of calories Pilates – aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength. Cardio Conditioning – a combina- tion of cardio and toning to give you a full body workout Tuesdays Boot Camp - an outdoor interval workout that incorporates strength, cardiovascular and resistance training. Studio Cycling Wednesdays Pilates Aqua Aerobics - get fit but also have fun as part of a group Kettlercise™ - beginner workout combines the benefits of dumbbell training with a high-intensity cardio


workout to help you build muscle. Circuit Training - high-intensity aerobics aimed to target strength building and muscular endurance. Thursdays BodyPump™ - the original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. Friday Studio Cycling Insanity - enjoy the intensity cardio workout and double the burn rate!
