SUMMARY OF REPORTS COMPLETED


During 2016, we employed a mixture of survey styles – some short, sharp surveys on quite specific issues, mixed up with larger surveys on more general topics. We found this approach worked well and is something that we will continue to use and develop. We also spent more time than previously face to face outside of our formal unit workshops, meeting personnel at unit coffee bars and the like, providing them the opportunity to complete our short surveys electronically.
