Children’s Lessons At Local Golf Club


Mike Dodd PGA professional at Sturminster Marshall Golf Club is proud to offer great opportunities for kids to learn and play golf.


I have managed to get some funding to offer golf for FREE at our golf club. We are involved in a couple of schemes that mean any local kids can come and have a go. Whether you have played before or a beginner, check out the opportunities below. No equipment needed.

• Girls Golf Rocks scheme


(Girls only classes – FREE taster on Friday 24th March, from 5.30-7pm). Call the club to book on 01258 858444. Come on girls, let’s give it a go.


Dorset EZGO Junior Tour


Another great opportunity exists in Dorset, where kids can play enjoyable golf events all summer in a relaxed and fun environment. There are eight events from 26th March to September


and sponsorship from EZGO Golf Buggies means that everyone who plays wins a prize.
