Q. What you are doing to improve your relationship with, and service for, agents?

A. Agents are the core of our business – it’s all about our relationships with the trade and giving them the tools to improve their knowledge of our product, because when they clinch a sale with a premium product like ours it’s a win-win. Not only will they earn some serious commission, but they can also be super confident that their clients will come back from their trip having had an exceptional experience. This year we launched a

Luxury Gold Agent of the Year campaign with Aspire, offering one lucky agent a fam trip place on one of our

Q. Tell us why you are sponsoring the 2016 Agent Achievement Awards.

A. We’re sponsoring the AAAs because they are the travel agent Oscars and recognise the contribution and expertise of agents up and down the country.

Q. Why do you think the AAAs has such a special place in the hearts of the trade?

A. Everyone is fond of the AAAs because it’s a chance to recognise those who are at the frontline of our industry. There’s a real sense of camaraderie on the night. Of course agents want to win, but it’s a great environment in which to share in each other’s successes. It is the agents’ event of the year!
