Think of eating differently, moving
differently, working differently. Ask for help if you are always helping, offer to help if you never do. Befriend someone who is not just like your other friends. Take a stand for something you believe in. The next time you go to complain about something, see if you can take action instead. If you really feel stuck, see a therapist, get a reading, or move your body. The universe is ready to support you and always will. You have to know what it is you want and you have to dare to ask for what you really want. The really challenging part is that you have to accept it when the Universe delivers.
Do not be paralyzed by thinking it has to be the right thing. We get to change our minds. We get to make mistakes. The universe will deliver exactly what we need even if it isn’t what we thought it would be. My way might not look at all like your way. It doesn’t have to. What is important is that we know who we are and that we are bold enough to be who we are. We have to recognize that we are a part of the whole and that there is enough for all of us. We must know that we impact each other, in thought, action, and deed. We are all lead- ers. If we sit idle when it is our turn to lead
then we put ourselves in the role of victim and we continue an old paradigm that we perhaps want to change. This is a powerful year for you and me; for us. I look forward to seeing what we create.
