Walpole Old Chapel - Carols & Readings for Christmas

WALPOLE Old Chapel will be holding the traditional candlelit program of Carols & Readings for Christmas on Saturday 17th December at 3pm. Those who came last year

will be delighted to hear that David White-Shaw will retell some more of Dylan Thomas’ memories from ‘A Child's Christmas in Wales’. The service will be led by

the Revd Bill Mahood who always manages to find the most

unusual readings to go alongside the well-loved carols which make up such a significant part of our traditional pre-Christmas afternoon at the Old Chapel. Warm mince-pies and mulled

apple juice will be served afterwards. Please remember to wrap up well and bring a torch. All welcome. The Chapel can be found on

the B1117, two miles south-west of Halesworth. The post code for sat navs is IP19 9AZ.

Harmony Chiropractic Clinic Merry Christmas WHAT’S ON AT HALESWORTH LIBRARY

ON December 10th we will be holding a table top sale to raise money to fund continued improvements to your library. We would be grateful for donations of unwanted gifts to sell. A new Weight Watchers meeting started here on Tues 15th November at 5.45pm. New and returning members are welcome. Group run by leader Chris Hendry. We have started a fun exercise

WITH this last instalment for the year I would like to thank everyone who has used our services and made the decision to choose our clinic for the relief from pain and improving their health. For those who are still considering doing some- thing about their aches and pains we are here to help. As a parent with three children and two dogs I know only too well how busy life can get and find it all too easy to put off making a decision but I also know how good it feels to move more freely, not experi- ence headaches, sleep more deeply, laugh more loudly and

generally enjoy a better quality of life.

One of my new clients today

said her reason for finally mak- ing the decision to come to our clinic was to feel more com- fortable this Christmas and enjoy her children and grand- children that little bit more. Having been in the caring profession most of her working life the back pain she has suf- fered for years due to lifting and supporting others has been worsening. For her it was time to get something done. I wish you all a really joyful and comfortable Christmas. Tel 01986 784712.
