Field Sales/Key Account Executive
to sell advertising across our publications and online products.
You will be working on the best publications serving the local community and enjoy a working environment that provides you with the freedom and flexibility to use your initiative while working within a supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have: • Experience of working to sales targets • Have a confident and outgoing personality • Be self-motivated and able to show initiative • Have excellent customer service skills
This is a part-time position of 32 hours per week to be worked over 4 days, although there may be some flexibility in the hours/days to be worked for the right candidate.
You will require the use of your own car and full driving licence.
The role will involve: • Handling inbound and making outbound calls
• Developing business from existing and new clients
• Working to achievable revenue targets.

Bridging the gap to business prosperity
TRADERS and home owners in Snodland are heading for a bonanzawith a newroad bridge across the RiverMedway set to openwithinweeks, bring- ing newprosperity to the town. That is theprediction of local busi-
ness people andcouncillorswho say the route linking the A228 on the outskirts of the town and new homes on the opposite bank will mean an increase in business and house prices. The £19 million road bridge,
which is due to open in September, has been built by developer Tren- port, as the key to Peters Village, a 1,000 home new community on the east bank nearWouldham. With Snodlandalready feeling the
benefit of a high-speed rail link, which started a year ago, business
people are looking forward to a trade boomwhen traffic starts flow- ing across the bridge. Among them is hairdresser Alex Mackintosh (pic- tured left) who opened his salon Alexander’s in the town’s High Street
