QUALITY CRAFT
Once a year, in Hereford, admirers of art and craft have the chance to meet, commission and buy from a collection of some of the UK’s finest designer makers and artists, a lot of whom are based in the Wye Valley.
Hereford Contemporary, now in its 23rd year, provides a fabulous opportunity to see and feel beautifully produced artwork, eat great food with friends, do something creative, watch a demonstration and, of course, shop. Work by more than 90 artists and designers will be at the show, so there will be lots to inspire and interest everyone, from large sculpture and greenwood structures to beautiful buttons, miniature masterpieces and even designer hot-water bottle covers. Keep an eye out for the three New Business Support stands, featuring Hereford artist Verity Howard, Malvern artist Mizuki Takahashi and Gloucester artist Gaby Devitt.
