The IL5 High-Speed 5MP Camera is offered in four models from 2560 x 2080 pixels at 230fps to 800 x 600 pixels at 1650fps. All models record at more than 3,200 fps at VGA resolution and more than 18,000 fps at lower resolutions. It is capable of saving images to an SSD or SD card while recording high-speed bursts of hundreds or even thousands of images at a time. the camera can be operated as a regular camcorder to record and pause as needed and follow the action, stop recording and review,
and then append additional footage at will, even after a power cycle. Unlike traditional high-speed camera systems that only record for a few seconds and require careful triggering, the IL5’s Long-Record (LR) option records at high speed for many

Equipment and service supplier opens office in Nigeria
Bobst, which provides equipment and services to packaging and label manufacturers in the folding carton, corrugated board and flexible materials industries, has opened an office in Lagos, Nigeria to enhance the support provided to customers in West and Central Africa. Samir Khoudja, Bobst’s managing director for the Middle East and Africa, said, “West Africa, and Nigeria in particular, is a very dynamic market. By opening an office in Lagos, the city with the biggest population in the most populous country in

expect that it will lead to further expansion in the region.” The announcement was made
at a cocktail reception held on 20 September, close to the Propak West Africa exhibition venue on Victoria Island, Lagos. Around 50 VIP guests, including the owners, chief executives and managing directors of many packaging, label and FMCG companies attended the event. More information from
