To proceed with the booking, please have passport details for all passengers and your credit/debit card to hand in order to pay the deposit amount, or full payment within 90 days of sail date, together with the appropriate insurance premium should you wish to take advantage of our insurance cover.

Once you have booked your holiday, should you subsequently cancel your booking, our standard cancellation charges will apply. We will forward a confirmation invoice to you, or your agent detailing the costs of your holiday.


Approximately 56 days prior to sail date, advance passenger information and the shore excursionprogramme will be forwarded to you.


Final balance payments must be received by us no later than 90 days prior to departure date.


All payments can be made by: Mastercard or Visa credit cards (2.5% transaction charge), American Express (3.5% transaction charge), debit cards (no charge), or cheque.


Once full payment has been received, your final travel documents comprising ticket voucher, embarkation details and baggage labels will be sent approximately 14 days prior to departure.

Travel insurance. Travel joining costs to the port of embarkation. Optional shore excursions. Long term port parking. Expenditure of a personal nature onboard ship - drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc. Any visa & health certificate charges that may apply.
