Insurance cover

It is a condition of booking a cruise holiday with us that you have taken out appropriate travel insurance cover. We are pleased to offer a fully comprehensive travel insurance policy arranged by Gold Cover Insurance Services and insured by Ageas. This policy has been specially chosen to give you peace of mind about coping with unforeseen events that could occur either before or during your holiday. Your attention is drawn to item 2 of the booking conditions covering the cancellation penalties and therefore it is advisable that insurance cover is taken out at the time of booking to cover any potential charges.

This insurance policy is available only to UK residents domiciled in the UK (incl. Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man) and registered with a Medical Practitioner in the UK (incl. Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man) and can only be applied to round trips commencing in and returning to the United Kingdom.

Due to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, our travel insurance may only be purchased from us directly. Please call us on 0845 430 0274 to arrange your policy, or ask your travel agent for details of alternative schemes that they may be able to offer you.
