Nestled among ten acres of virgin wooded
area I found a little slice
of heaven in the middle of Cocoa, Flori- da. A private estate with all the amenities, perfectly set up for a beautiful wedding. From the lovely gar- dens, to the manicured lawns Oak Manor provided us a spectacular backdrop for our special day. The owners made their home warm and welcoming to all who attended our wedding. All the details were taken care of before we even arrived, allowing us to truly enjoy our day.
The day began bright and early as we arrived at the Manor from our home in Orlando, all the table décor and favors in tow. The owners helped as we placed our props through out the property, in a short time all was in its place and ready to go . The bridal party was shown to their dressing room, which was absolutely gorgeous. It felt like we were at a bou- tique hotel. The mini- bar was fully stocked for us and platters of food were brought to the room for my girls and I to enjoy a bite to eat before the guest arrived. My husband and the groom’s men had their own room, which was just as elegant and equally spacious. As the day moved along my mood went from nervous to excited to finally see my dream wedding become a reality. As I peeked through the window of the bridal suite I could see the cars start- ing to pull in and the guest were finally here. The rustic dock on the spacious duck pond provided us a perfect spot for our ceremony to take place, the cascading water feature in the background provided

excellent photos. Even the animals at the estate are accommodating, Carmelina the horse posed for photos with the guests and seemed to enjoy the mo- ment just as much as we did. Soon night fell on the Manor and it became magical as all the trees glowed with up lighting in the color that we had chosen and the market lights brought soft amber lighting to our event. The fire pit was lit for a smores bar to be enjoyed by all.
The caterer who works with the venue is Renais- sance Catering, they provided all the rentals from the tent to the chivari chairs, staffing and food. The service exceeded what I expected. The food was phenomenal, the sheer size of the paella left guests
