Are you ‘Doing Business with the USA’?
If your company or organisation is involved in any way with the United States, you are invited to join us at ‘Doing Business with the USA’ – the latest in a series of breakfast seminars organised by The Business Magazine
Sponsored by business advisers and accountants RSM, the event will focus on both inbound and outbound companies – American companies setting up in the Thames Valley, as well as Thames Valley companies doing business in the United States.
Taking place on Friday April 8, at the Madejski Stadium in Reading, ‘Doing Business with the
USA’ will include presentations by:
• David Griffiths, CEO of FISCAL Technologies, on the challenges a UK business has to overcome to establish a foothold in the US;
• Julia Summerville, director, international tax services at RSM, on cross-border taxation; and
• Owen Jones, partner and head of business of Doyle Clayton, on business immigration issues and solutions for US companies and individuals operating within the UK.
The arrival time is 8am, to be followed by a light
breakfast, and the presentations are expected to end by 12.30pm.
The event is free to all delegates, and there is free parking within the Madejski complex.
The American-themed event follows the success of last year’s ‘Doing Business with China’ seminar, and will be reported in full in the May issue of The Business Magazine.
