The independent judging panel will meet soon after this date to sift through the nominations and decide on the shortlist of finalists. Winners will then be announced at what is now the biggest annual awards celebration of the region’s property market. 500 people are expected at this year’s event, which is organised by The Business Magazine and takes place at Ascot Racecourse on May 12.
The 2015 event had phenomenal interest, and was attended by developers, property consultants, town planners, occupiers, funders, lawyers, contractors and real estate executives.
David Murray, publisher of The Business Magazine, said: “Once again, the TVPA is flying the flag for the Thames Valley – with the property sector showing what a great place this region truly is – to both live and work in.
“The evening will showcase and celebrate commercial and residential property in the Thames Valley and the successful organisations and individuals in the sector.”
This year there are two new awards categories: ‘Commercial Property Consultancy – Client Service’ and ‘Regeneration Project of the Year’, and NatWest and Morgan Lovell have joined the existing prestigious list of sponsors. TVPA is also supported by EGi, Area Sq and London Irish.
Once again, for the third year running, the event will raise money for the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service.
