Passion for fantastic design and exceptional customer service is at the core of the store, installed and driven by owners and managers Chris and Paul. The duo’s partnership goes way back to when they first shared their joint ambitions of owning a furniture and kitchen shop at University.
The showroom is a centre of excellence for design, and features a new pioneering design studio where customers can work with the team of talented experts to tailor Neptune furniture to their own specifications, using a choice of colour and fabric options.
The store has been designed to make you feel at home and is laid out with realistic home settings and working appliances to help customers really see what can be achieved within their own homes.
