Addressed to Noumea, New Caledonia & with the Noumea arrival backstamp of 20 JUL 29. Supposed to have been flown from the French Cruiser ‘Tourville’ **, but much speculation abounds regarding this. This is one of the covers illustrated on the New Hebrides Postal History website. A very scarce & desirable item for the airmail/New Hebrides specialist.
