Town remembers its fallen heroes Wreaths laid at cemetery after town parade
THE 17th Tonbridge Scout and Guide Band once again led the Snodland Remembrance Day pa- rade from Holmesdale Technol- ogy College along Malling Road, the High Street and Constitution Hill to the cemetery. A large crowd lined the roads
and attended the service taken by the Rev Hugh Broadbent, Rector of Snodland, the Rev Sue Brooks, the Rev Mandy Young and Father Peter Soper of the Catholic Church.
Chatham and Aylesford MP
Tracey Crouch and Mark Rhodes, Deputy Mayor of Tonbridge and Malling laid wreaths along with members of Hill 60 Shell Hole the Moths (Memorable Order of Tin Hats) the town Council, the Snod- land Partnership, Kent Police, Kent Army Cadets, the 1st Snod- land Scout Group and Snodland Labour Party. Wreaths were laid by the Moths
at an earlier service at Christ Church, Malling Road.
