Conditions needed in Alicante area to obtain retrospective licences / antiquity certificates for extensions or pools
Due to this being one of the issues which affects a lot of our clients I am revisiting this subject again.
- The extension or pool needs to be over 4 years old, before the 20th August of 2014 - The extension or pool hasn’t received any fine. - The property has Title Deeds and owner has NIE
By having a Retrospective Licence/Antiquity Certificate you make unlicensed buildings unobjectable and this is highly recommended to avoid putting off potential buyers. It is also the document needed at the Notary to update the Title Deeds (Escritura) with any alterations made to the property.
If you want to have YOUR Retrospective Licence/ Antiquity Certificate for your extension or pool now (possible TODAY in accordance to present laws), and to protect against possible future changes in the laws that may effect you, Martinez de la Casa Architects will arrange an appointment and deliver the certificate stamped by the Official College of Architects within 7-10 days.
Due to the great escalation in requests for Antiquity Certificates/Retrospective Licences, Martinez de la Casa Architects has been able to dramatically reduce prices; therefore the price of a Pool is now 190€ + IVA and for Extensions & Pool is 270€ + IVA. ONLY ONE CERTIFICATE IS NEEDED TO COVER ALL ALTERATIONS DONE ON THE PROPERTY.
If your solicitors are studying your case, ask them to contact us and we will make the whole process easier, faster and cheaper for you.
We also offer super discounts for groups or if you require your property’s EPC, Occupation Licence or Retrospective Licence done at the same time.
Martinez de la Casa Architects are the Number 1 company in EPC Certificates (121€ inc IVA) and Number 1 for Occupation Licences (from 98€ + IVA). To arrange an appointment please call 665 810 411 or visit our website
