itness franchise company Orangetheory Fitness has opened its 200th studio. The company has

been experiencing rapid growth since opening its first studio in 2010. “Our 200th open studio is certainly a landmark for the brand,” says CEO Dave Long. “That being said, we are nowhere near reach- ing our goals and will continue to strive to hit the next benchmark. Our goal is to make the world a healthier, fitter place by turning it orange. Our continued growth is a testament to the hard work of our dedicated professionals, our franchisees and the results that our members achieve from our workouts.” The company is on track to open an additional 100 locations by the end of 2015. It plans to break into several new markets, including Hawaii, Oregon, Iowa, Arkansas and Nebraska, as well as Bogota, Colombia and Winchester, U.K. In Canada, Orangetheory Fitness currently operates 12 studios and has 21 in development.
