Miami, FL 33172 celebrated the completion of their re- modeling with an open house held on January 14, 2015. The remodeling included the addition of a training center and a facelift of the show- room, making it brighter and improving the display areas. The store occupies 42,000 square feet of space, including the warehouse, training room, offi ces, and 2,500 square feet of showroom.

raffl e drawings for great prizes including a Yeti cooler, Atari 5 Flashback game console, Char-Broil Gourmet 4-burner gas grill, Frigidaire compact refrigerator and other items. Agents from Target Sales, Cain Sales, Belimo, Frigid- aire – Electrolux, Nu-Calgon, Goodway Technologies and J Nichols and Associates were on hand promoting the latest products from the companies they represent. Trane Supply offered a one-day 10% discount on the products on display. Matt Robyck of Ingersol-Rand conducted a training class fea- turing the Ameristar brand of residential air conditioning and heat pump systems carried by Trane Supply. The Mr. Good Stuff food truck provided lunch – a choice of Italian sausage and Black Angus patties stuffed with mozzarella and bacon, smoth- ered with provolone cheese and bruschetta and served on a brioche bun or Carolina BBQ pulled pork with cheddar cheese and cole slaw served in a white cornmeal Luna (a Venezuelan “arepa”, similar to a pita). Trane Supply is the parts and supplies counterpart to Trane residential and business units, an OEM and HVAC prod- ucts aftermarket resource for equipment (light commercial, mini-splits, PTACs, Ameristar residential split systems), coils, compressors, controls, meters, tools, supplies & accessories,

Jr. died on Nov. 5, 2014 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL due to complications from pneumonia. He was 89. Mr. Sanscrainte was born on August 3, 1925 in Buffalo, NY to his par- ents, Clarence Charles, Sr. and Margaret Schmidt Sanscrainte. He graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY after serv-
