From the Inside by Walter Arnett
After several years of trav- elling around the State of Florida gathering news for the Insider, I felt as if I had met most of the members of the HVAC industry, including many of the crews of each company. I am pleased to have had one of my sons to follow in my footsteps in the HVAC business and his son has followed, also. Most of them, I like to think, are graduate apprentices that have learned the right things from qualifi ed instructors in trade schools, or the State of Florida approved association apprenticeship programs while also learning through on the job training. In a few months there will be more of these qualifi ed continued on page 3A
