Manor Primary School GOVERNORS’ CHARGING POLICY

The school does not charge for the general education it provides, the trips we take children on or for the after school activities it runs. However, occasionally it is necessary to make a small charge to cover part of the costs incurred. We try to keep these at an absolute minimum.

There are some exceptions such as residential trips run. For further details please contact the school office.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH SOMETHING

Usually, the best way to sort out complaints is to talk the issue through with a teacher or someone else on the school staff. The Headteacher and the Deputy are available in the playground at the beginning and the end of each day and are always happy to help. In cases of difficulty, we have a complaints procedure which is agreed with the Education Authority. A copy of this is available through the school office.

We hope that this prospectus has provided you with a wide range of information that you will find useful. If there is anything else that you would like to know then please ask us. We are always happy to help!

We look forward to welcoming you to the Manor School community.
