Bournemouth based Deacon, Will spent several years as a Lettings Manager at a large lettings and property management company where he was responsible for a team of six staff with a portfolio of some 200 let properties and more than 200 blocks. His early career included roles at Legal & General and Martin & Co.


Will is also a landlord and runs

Fisher German promotion Head of Residential Agency Stuart Flint has been promoted to Equity Partner at Fisher


German. Stuart joined as a partner from Knight Frank and has developed the firm’s agency business, delivering significant growth. Stuart has also completely overhauled Fisher German’s property agency sector, overseeing nine offices. He is tasked with expanding the operation, gaining national reach and exposure. haart appointment Liz Nelson has been appointed the new Regional Divisional Lettings Manager for haart in the South West of England and South Wales. The 45 year-old returns to the industry after several years working for Thomson Local as a Regional Sales Director. In her role, she will oversee the network of haart lettings branches in Bristol, Plymouth, Taunton, Torquay and Weston-Super-Mare together with the Darlows branches in Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Newport and Swansea. She will also be responsible for the integration of Barons of Bedminster into the network of branches. haart acquired the well-known Bristol lettings agent last month. Liz started her career in estate


agency as a Negotiator in Surrey before progressing to becoming Lettings Director with Carson and Co in Camberley. where he has been a Partner since 2007. He has worked on many of London’s most iconic residential schemes and was appointed Head of Prime Development after managing the launch of world- renowned One Hyde Park. Led by Mark Collins, CBRE’s
