James Reyland has joined the Howick & Brooker Partnership in Old Harlow to help boost its


sales team covering Harlow and the old town. James, who has been running his own agency for a few years in Harlow, felt that the opportunity of joining such a strong brand and exciting team, one of whom, Ben Johnson, has been James closest friend for many years was too good an chance to be missed. “I have enjoyed running my own


business but, with all the administration, the long hours required to look after a small firm it just didn’t create the rewards I would have hoped for and the opportunity of joining the brand leaders in Harlow easily made my mind up!” said James.


ZooPla’s new CommerCial direCtor


Zoopla.co.uk has appointed Jon Notley to the new role of Commercial Director. Joining Zoopla with 15


years experience in key sales roles, Jon was most recently Group Sales Director at Digital Property Group. Jon’s responsibilities will include overseeing all revenue streams and the overall sales function at Zoopla, identifying new opportunities and managing performance and growth. appointments. Niall Sheridan, a long standing


Southbank expert, is to become a consultant to EA Shaw, giving development and strategic property advice. Niall retired as an Equity Partner in June, but will continue in his role as a consultant to the business. Niall joined the Partnership as


a trainee 37 years ago and has concentrated on the Southbank property market for 25 years. He was instrumental in EA Shaw becoming the leading commercial letting agent in the area. Simon Smith will join the SE1 agency team as a Partner, from September. Simon rejoins from Capita Symonds, having previously been at EA Shaw. Charlie Killen, Head of
