hen the market is tough, the competitive spirit develops and, amongst competing agents, things get a little less friendly; or so one would think. So it came as a bit of a surprise to me that the affinity – or networking – groups in estate agency are thriving. It was a pleasant surprise though, as you may as well get on with your
competitors and, it seems, increase business rather than lose out.
