One month into her course, she is confident the experience has already enhanced her skill set. “It’s a steep learning curve, but I’m coping, I’ve learnt a lot and put into practice what I’ve learnt on my degree course.” The other students are based at

CAxtons’ regionAl lettings mAnAger Tina Morgan has been promoted from her property manager’s role to Regional Residential
Lettings Manager for Caxtons. Tina takes on responsibility for all of the Kent Residential Lettings offices based in Canterbury, Medway and Gravesend, “I felt that our Residential Lettings department would benefit from co-ordinated campaigns where we utilise the strength of the Caxtons brand and capitalise on our joint promotion and purchasing power. Seven undergraduates have embarked on a year long placement with Redrow Homes, joining the housebuilder’s undergraduate training programme; designed to recognise and nurture future talent. Redrow has also recruited 20 new apprentices and a number of post- graduate trainees.

Allen & Harris has appointed Rachel Anderson as Area Lettings Manager, responsible for eight lettings offices across South Wales, Bristol and the South West. “I am delighted Rachel has
joined the team. Giles Hart and Ian Fry have risen through the ranks of William H Brown and gained promotion to the position of Regional Director and to the Board of Sequence. William H Brown is part of the Sequence group. Giles and Ian have worked with Sequence for 12 and 15 years respectively and are two of the most successful directors. They are responsible for the management of 81 offices across eight counties in the East of England and the West Midlands.
