Such as one of those rare events where your luggage has abandoned you and decided it was taking it- self on a nice holiday to someplace tropical. Te app also gives you the contact information for the cus- tomer service desk, where there are kind people who will dispatch the appropriate authorities to drag your baggage back to you, even if it en- tails removing it from the poolside and its happy little beverage with the tiny umbrella by force. Most importantly, perhaps after hours of leg crossing to avoid the tiny cubi- cle that passes as a bathroom in the sky, it has maps of the airport showing you exactly where the washrooms are located. One other little feature that I know would be a lifesaver,

You park, you look for the parking area co-ordinates, enter it into the app, and when it’s time to leave the airport, you know exactly where you left your car. It even shows you how to get there.
