It is equipped with a double-locking security mechanism to prevent the breaking of the seal by unauthorised people, or theft of the product. Additionally, this package is made from 100% paper and its design allows it to be manufactured on the existing automated package line, significantly cutting down on waste.

The most compact 10 count flu vaccine syringe package on the market. Major
benefits were obtained by replacing pre-made plastic trays & lid material with a 100% paperboard material, consisting of a carton and partition. Two layers of 5 syringes in a paperboard partition, no glass-to-glass contact. Package volume was reduced by
more than 50% using top-load carton design developed between Sanofi Pasteur and Dividella. The use of 100% paperboard material offers reduction in material, lower in-bound logistics, costs, and a more environmentally friendly package.

This sophisticated cosmetics packaging for ampoule therapy from Dr. Kitzinger ensures a special unpacking experience. The bottom part is designed as a
dual-chamber folding box in which the ampoules are placed vertically and so can be removed easily. Pre-glued edges support the cover, preventing pressure on the ampoules during stacking. As one gets older people have more
difficulties with opening packaging and product removal. In contrast to classical folding boxes the ampoule packaging has a coloured overhanging edge which makes opening it effortless.

Closure achieves tamper proof function and improves efficiency of sealing procedures. We added these innovative functions to existing DosePak and succeeded to launch it for the first time in Japan.
