THOSE FUNNY LITTLE PEOPLE CELEBRATE 35 YEARS! In 1976 The first two Little People characters were created in a barn in a small

town 50 miles south of Chicago. The two creators donned the life-sized people puppets, choreographed a dance number, and were a big hit at a local fundraiser! Since then, Dave Gregoire and Sarah McNulty-Polarek, and their many talented

employees, have created a diverse family of real-life characters and performed at tens of thousands of events! The Little People have appeared at shopping malls, sporting events, trade shows, and private parties. They've done club work, school assemblies, theater gigs, parades, festivals and fairs. A little bit of everything! Today the Little People are appearing across the country, well beyond their Chi-

cago niche. They've even performed in China and Singapore over the last 2 years! The increase in world exposure was due to their appearance on America's Got

Talent in 2011. Six Little People consisting of four elves, a showgirl, and their agent Max, appeared on 6 episodes and made it in the top 36 acts. Jeanne Keaton, from St. Lucie County Fair saw them on AGT and contacted them while they were still on the show! She booked them for her fair in 2012. That appearance was followed by more fairs in 2013: Ohio State Fair, Missouri State Fair, Columbia County Fair, and BorderFest. What makes the Little People so unique from other characters? What makes them

crowd magnets who appeal to fans of all ages? Their expressive faces and way they move is entertaining in itself. They perform

polished dance routines, sing up to unsuspecting members of the audience, and are known for their clever wit and hilarious crowd interaction. They each have a distinct personality that comes through whether during a show or while roving throughout the fairgrounds .A conversation with the Little People often becomes a little side show in itself! Those Funny Little People offer dozens of characters to fit almost any theme.

Popular at the fairs are “Billy Bob and Loretta” dressed in their flashy Country- Western duds, or as farmers in overalls. They can also dress for special days such as Military Appreciation Day and Senior Citizen Day. In 2014, the Little People return to St. Lucie County Fair and the Ohio State Fair,

and will debut at the Southwest Florida and Lee County Fair, and KidFest in Ridge- land, MS. Those Funny Little People are represented at Fairs and Festivals by Capitol

International Productions. Happy to be Florida Fair Federation members since 2012, Those Funny Little People look forward to meeting new fans and having a great time at your fair!
