I don’t like to think he left a hole in my life that can never be filled; instead I think he holds a special place in my heart and much like Fred’s kitchen there’s always room for friends and family there. The BBQ set-up at the side of our trailer became known as Fred’s kitchen and many a friend spent time with us there as it seemed to be the most popular watering-hole on the show grounds.
