Spring is right around the cor-
ner. Horses are beginning to shed, and on February 4th, I saw three really early robins fighting for space! I am excited to say that this year will be big. We already have a number of new shows as you will see listed below in the show dates. We are getting more questions about shows coming in it seems, every day. If you have anyone who is thinking of hosting a show,
please get back to me as soon as you can, as our dates are filling up fast. Thats the nice thing about being in districts, we can have shows in each district at the same time. No need to travel out of your area this year! We have many co- sanctioned events this year, where shows are close to borders of another district. Quebec has added some new shows this year, thank you Pierre. As soon as those

dates are confirmed they will be up on our website. Thanks to every- one who has already booked a show, and to the new organizations inquiring. We would like to welcome
new sponsors for this year. Enbridge Gas is new, and we have so many returning sponsors. Once again Ten Hove Custom farming is sponsoring our drag for Spring Thaw, being held again at Clinton
REACH, our first show of this half of our season. Judy Vianne of Via Trailers is another big sponsor, holding our first regular show of the season as always. Judy’s stalls fill up quickly, and so do her spots if you need any trailer work done, so give Via a call asap if you plan on either of these things for that show. This year, at the CanAm Equine, NBHA is very excited to have a stallion auction. We have two confirmed horses, Arsene and Bonnie Tanguy’s Arbons French- man who is a Frenchman’s guy out of Shesa Lucky Cheques by Look of Luck. Our other stallion is new to Canada but not new to barrel racing. He is a Sun Frost x Won- ders Belle cross.
