exceptional riding skills. The Silver Stars is a group of horses and riders wearing beautiful costume performing chore- ographed maneuvers to recog- nizable music. Ages vary from 11-22 years old. The team of youth riders is from the Wind- sor/Essex County area, they ride under the direction of Brenda Gagnon from the Lazee G Ranch in Windsor Ontario. Every May they represent Cana- da in Kentucky, competing against some of the best teams in the USA, placing 1st & 2nd both years entered.
