lan now to attend SHRED-A- THON 2014 on Thursday, April 24 and Saturday,April 26 for FREE SHREDDING OF YOUR CON- FIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS. The Orange County Solid Waste Manage- ment Department will sponsor the Shred-A-Thons in cooperation with the University Mall, the Chapel Hill Police Department. Orange County residents, small businesses, and local government employees that work for Town of Carrboro, Chapel Hill or Hillsborough or for Orange County may securely destroy their personal confidential documents at no cost.


The Shred-A-Thons will be held at these locations:


• 10am to 2pm Thursday, April 24 at the University Mall on Estes Drive in Chapel Hill, near (the old) Dillard’s location.


• 10am to 2pm Saturday, April 26 at the Hampton Pointe Shopping Center on Highway 86 in Hill- sborough, at the 24-hour recy- cling drop-off site located behind Home Depot.


There is a limit of five “banker- box” sized boxes orfive large bags of paper per person, and only one trip per person or business. Remove any


non-paper materials prior to bringing loads to the Shred-A-Thon. Do not bring plastic bags, plastic binders, plastic fold- ers, metal tabs, laminated paper, comput- er disks or any other electronic media.
