What do you look for when booking a meeting or conference venue? Obviously, space, size of room and location are important. The catering should be excellent and there should be plenty of free car parking. Easy access from major roads is always useful – along with plenty of natural light and attention to detail on the day of your event.

These are the very minimum requirements to ensure a successful event. Fortunately Calcot Park Golf Club offers all of the above and a whole lot more. But what makes it unique is its outstanding surroundings. The Boardroom looks out onto the fabulous 18-hole Harry Colt designed golf course.

The catering and service are of an excellent quality and for us nothing is too much trouble.

Our day delegate rate is £39 per person for a minimum of 10 people. This includes unlimited tea and coffee, executive catering and all equipment hire including data projector, screen and flipchart. In addition to all this you can also arrange a round of golf on our fabulous course.

Steve Coles our general manager would be delighted to hear from you. 52
